a boot company based in Montebelluna, Italy, a small town located approximately 60 kilometers northwest of Venice. 75 percent of the world's ski boots are produced in or around Montebelluna, which has a history of footwear manufacturing dating back to the 1870s. Like many of the towns residents, brothers Messrs Maico and Dennis Signor had been working in shoe production their entire lives when they decided to start Diemme in 1992. After perfecting their technical hiking boot designs, Maico and Signor started to expand the label and collaborate with retailers and designers in Japan.
